All sales are FINAL and cannot be canceled once placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sanitary reasons.

Once your order is placed we cannot cancel your order.

is caluated at checkout you choose how fast you’d like your package delivered after processing

Lelyxoxo is not responsible for any packages that are delayed due to mishandling by carrier (we ship with USPS), undeliverable addresses, weather, incorrect contact information for all shipments. *We do offer shipping protection as an extra service for our customers. Once your package has left Lelyxoxo  facility, we are not liable for any damaged, delayed or lost packages. If your package says delivered, but did not receive package  or shipping status has not updated, please contact USPS directly and file a claim with them by calling 1(800) 275-8777, be sure to have your tracking number on hand. 

 

Customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order's billing and shipping address. Always double check your address for any mistakes or missing apartment numbers. Since we process all orders fairly quickly  any requests for address changes will not be guaranteed.   Undeliverable addresses include: missing PO Box Numbers, incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses or return to sender.

 

If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our facility, you are responsible for the extra shipping fee for us to ship it again.
